The primary purpose of this role is to manage key HR programs and projects to agreed scope, timeline, and budget.


  • As part of the HR Operations Team provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers including 3rd parties that support HR processes
  • Support the resolution of escalations coming from team members by either resolving personally or by managing the resolution
  • Participate in major corporate initiatives requiring HR engagement and presence
  • Manage day to day HR generalist responsibilities. eg Joining/Attendance/Payroll/Compensation/Benefits/Legal compliances/Exit etc.
  • Manage MIS for complete India HR functions.
  • Analyse data and present different slice and dice.


Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in corporate operations environment



  • 3+ years experience in a corporate operations environment
  • HR Operations experience is mandatory


Travel Requirements: Sporadic travel
