The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and administer the contract with our client, on behalf of Allscripts.


  • Oversee and administer the contract, to include contract entry in the appropriate systems, providing paperwork to the appropriate personnel, follow-up for timeliness, and maintaining original records

  • Provide lookahead reports, to provide sufficient notice for project team members to meet contractual commitments

  • Coordinates the review and inspection of contractual specifications for compliance
  • Develop and manage the Contract Compliance Matrix for the Programme

  • Develop and manage a risk report, outlining risks of failing to meet contractual commitments

  • Administer all documentation required to fully execute a contract and properly enter the customer data and all relevant documents into, RTI and Alpha
  • Establish and maintain a weekly contract status report for the weekly project status report and for internal review by Area Vice President of Services, Asia

  • Ensure all contract clauses are allocated to an owner and are updated in a timely manner

  • Ensure that the contract change control process is followed correctly. Including ensuring all documentation is accurately signed with all necessary documentation attached for submissions to the client and to the Allscripts corporate office

  • Coordinate the preparation and review of Change Control documentation and specifications for new change requests

  • Provides follow-up and detail work to insure orderly and effective project implementation
  • Coordinates the completion of assigned tasks with other departments.
  • Provide Support to the Allscripts Project Director and regional leadership as needed, with contract or license issues

  • Provide Sales Support to AVPs and AEs as needed with contract or license issues and act as a backup Sales Analyst as needed
  • Assist Project Director with order entry and return processing as needed. Work directly with Project Director to process backorders and measurement as well as working with the credit department to solve credit issues
  • Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to maintain current licenses and work with customer to obtain new records as needed. Makes changes to contracts as requested. Contact customers for renewed licenses as needed

  • Make changes and updates to information and fields in ERP system as needed
  • Assist with the development and implementation of SOPs for all processes within the Programme. Provide any other assistance as needed to the Project Director


Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a Contract Administration role

  • Ability to offer timely and effective decision-making using sound judgments under pressure
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare/pharmaceutical industries
  • Solid understanding and application of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Office)
  • Excellent communication, follow-up and problem solving skills
  • Able to calmly handle difficult situations and people, as well as be able to communicate with all levels of management and peers
  • Experienced in the area of SOP development and process improvement
  • Strong negotiation skills

Working Arrangements:

  • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
