The primary purpose of this role is to:

  • Work on Value added activities for Internal / External clients
  • Promote quality customer service to Internal and External clients through partnering with various divisions within the Company
  • Provides support to customers via the telephone and / or Internet (e.g. instant message, email, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Work on intake as and when required
  • Interact with customers to help troubleshoot and resolve problems or issues
  • Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues
  • Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support on how to properly address customer or product problems
  • Stay abreast of current technology in products, design changes, and new products offered
  • Be cross-trained on all the subm process within GSC
  • Mentor new joinees
  • Suggest Process Improvement ideas

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Healthcare, Banking or Finance

Experience:

  •  0-1 years of experience

Travel Requirements:

  •  Minimal

Working Arrangements:

  • Able to work on a shifting schedule
  • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health and safety hazards
