    The primary purpose of this role is to:

    • Provide product support to customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g., instant message, email)
    • Assess nature of product or service issues and resolves support problems
    • Maintain log of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff

    Responsibilities

    Mandatory skills: -

     

    • Total 2-3 years of experience
    • Hands on experience with Help desk environment
    • Hands on customer service experience
    • Working knowledge of QA processes and procedures
    • Working knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware, and PC operating systems
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ready to work in US Shifts

    Qualifications

    Academic and professional qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience

    Experience:

      • Total 2-3 years of experience
      • Hands on experience with Help desk environment
      • Hands on customer service experience
      • Working knowledge of QA processes and procedures
      • Working knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware, and PC operating systems
      • Proficiency with MS Office applications
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Ready to work in US Shifts

    Travel requirements:

    • Minimal

    Working arrangements:

    • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
    • Able and willing to work on ‘shifts’ or to be on an ‘after hours’ rotation
