    The primary purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day management of the privacy and security incident process. This individual is the primary incident intake point for all security & privacy incidents world-wide. Activities include performing initial triage, alerting of appropriate internal parties, and maintaining the chain of custody for all documentation to validate remediation and closure.

    Responsibilities

    • The primary focus of this role is to respond to customer and prospect inquiries related to product security functionality and compliance, privacy and security programs
    • Primary point of contact for all internal customer inquiries related to product security functionality and compliance, privacy and security programs.
    • Work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality of such data and information.
    • Interface with individuals at all levels of the organization and to establish effective working relationships.
    • Balancing effort between multiple assigned tasks and recognizing when to seek help or guidance.

    Qualifications

    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

     

    Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant program of study

     

    Experience:

     

    2+ years of relevant work experience.

     

    Mandatory:

    • Strong English proficiency
    • Work independently under limited supervision, exercise initiative
    • Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to write with purpose, clarity, and accuracy.

    Desirable:

    • Experience in the a regulated health sciences domain, including payers, providers, pharma

     

    Travel Requirements:

    •  Less than 10%

     

    Working Arrangements:

    • A person working at this level would be required to maintain regular working hours overlapping with the US Team’s hours of 8:00am and 1:30pm Eastern Standard Time (USA) (including a time shift during Daylight Saving Time).
    • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
