    The primary purpose of this role is to

    Responsibilities

    Mandatory Skills:-

    • Must have minimum 2 years of experience in IT
    • Hands on experience with MS Excel and Power BI
    • Good understanding of project management methodologies.
    • Must have good knowledge on MS Excel.
    • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights
    • Should have basic knowledge of Incident management and Service request management

     Preferred Skills: 

    • CA Clarity PPM application Functional knowledge will be an added advantage.
    • Organized approach and ability to work under pressure.
    • Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently.
    • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders in the USA.
    • Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented.
    • Power BI knowledge will be added advantage

     

    JOB DUTIES:

     

    • Creating and managing projects on CA Clarity PPM application.
    • Supporting internal resources on issue’s related to Clarity PPM application on email request and ServiceNow cases.
    • Preparing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for the management.
    • Performing business analysis, operations analysis, and contract analysis.
    • Responsible for the implementation of all necessary procedures and tools for the project controls function.
    • Understands Resource, Project, and Financial Management processes as they apply to use of Clarity application.
    • Supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables.
    • Requirement gathering for any new report request and developing the same.

    Qualifications

     

     

    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • BE/Btech

     

    Experience:
