    The primary purpose of this role is to support the Operations Manager/Director in the efficient and effective running of CS/PS Operations.

    Responsibilities

    Mandatory Skills: -

    • Minimum 7-9 years of experience working in an Analytics, Workforce Management, PMO team
    • Willing to work in Shifts
    • Good experience in writing SQL stored procedures in MS SQL Server.
    • Excellent in using visualization tools – Power BI etc.
    • Service Now, Sales force knowledge preferable.
    • Good experience in developing reports using MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
    • Hands on experience in developing MS SQL Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Should be a collaborative team player.
    • US Healthcare domain knowledge preferable.
    • .NET experience preferable.

    Responsibilities

    • Interact with Business representatives on a day to day basis.
    • Update business units and management with the performance metrics/key performance indicators.
    • Use cutting edge technology and visualization tools like Power BI, SSRS etc. to deliver ad-hoc requests.
    • Masters the CRM tool that has been adopted by the team.
    • Train, coach, motivate and mentor junior team members.
    • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, time management and leadership skills.
    • Documents, highlights/escalates CRM/ITSM tool issues.
    • Develops strategies to improve overall team education level and productivity.
    • Ensure the quality of the deliverables as per the defined defects standards and excelling within that.
    • Customer focus and close alignment with the customers’ business objectives.
    • Actively participate in meetings and make valuable contribution.
    • Take complete ownership for the assigned task and timely inform the progress of the project / task to all stakeholders.
    • Has a keen desire to automate processes and generates new ideas.

    Qualifications

    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience

    Experience:

    Travel Requirements:

    • Minimal Travel Required

    Working Arrangements:

    • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
    • Substantial time is spent working on a computer
