  • Working Knowledge of different monitoring tools like Azure App Insight, Azure Monitor, DataDog etc.
  • Should have strong troubleshooting skills in both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Strengthen the infrastructure in terms of reliability (configuring HA etc.) , Security (cloud network management , VPC , Security center etc.) scalability (configuring clusters , load balancers , etc.) and Cost recommendations and analysis. (Azure Cost Management, Advisory, etc.)
  • To develop scripts and automated processes to decrease manual work e.g. scripts to start, stop instances , deploy code to multiple servers in a single go , IP based failover and machine switching on failure , heartbeat scripts , services monitoring scripts etc
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of design, deployment, operation, monitoring and management of enterprise and cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage the SCCM environment. (Plan the structure, Capacity Management, configure update channels, and ensure Knowledge sharing within the team.)
  • Manage (Monitor, Agent upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.) using SCCM windows Patching environment and escalate to Microsoft if needed
  • Add-on SCCM tasks related to Creation of Software group, New site boundary, Deployment package, SCCM test environment, etc.
  • Testing of MS released patches in test environment before pushing it on Production
  • Various KPI and audit related reports to support the business requirements
  • Automate the windows patching using the Job Scheduling tool
  • Coordinate with application owners for the manual patching if needed, coordinate with teams and vendors as per escalation matrix
  • If needed then person can support team to run shifts 24*7
  • Working the Operating Escalation procedures on need basis
  • Support ITIL process in daily operations
  • Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network, and Security.
  • Experience to manage cloud infrastructure from the portal, PowerShell, or using the CLI.
  • Provide on-call support as-required to sustain 24/7/365 operations.




Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • BE/Btech IT, Computer, Msc/Bsc Computer Science, BCA/MCA



  • Total 8-10 Years of experience
  • Hands on experience with SCCM,
  • Hands on with Windows Patching,
  • Hands on with Windows server troubleshooting
  • Specialized knowledge in W2K12, W2K16, SCCM 2012/2016, VMware, Azure Update Manager, Azure Log analytics, Basic Administration
  • Strong Communication skills
  • MS Azure Administrator or SCCM Certification is plus
  • Willing to work in 24X7 shifts


Travel Requirements:

  • Not Frequent
